- Publish, manage, and analyze all requests for proposals.
- Manage all vendor contracts.
- Quality control of engineering plans.
- Survey potential solar sites throughout California.
- Perform all economic analysis and present business case to NFS.
- Coordinate with Citibank for innovative financing agreement.
