Apocalypto – Logistics

PBL DCG

Funding

Without including parent donations, in-kind material donations, or the use of my existing inventory this project cost approximately $2,500. This project was implemented in a time where teaching budgets were very depressed. Luckily, the previous summer had been an eventful grant season and I had been awarded a grant from the San Diego Foundation, received an honorable mention in the 2012 STEM Innovators in Education (STEMIE) Awards for my submission on my Seniors2 project last year, and successfully funded nearly $3,000 in supplies through my Donors Choose account.
